Industrial safety
In accordance with Federal Law # 116-FZ of 20.07.97 "On Industrial Safety of Hazardous "Industrial Facilities" the greater part of the Russian Federation enterprises (workshops, sections, sites and other production facilities) fall into the category of hazardous production facilities, which imposes special requirements on providing industrial safety.
Industrial risk CJSC provides a wide range of services to meet these requirements:

On April 18 2003 the State Mining and Technical Inspection of Russia (Gosgortekhnadzor) adopted “Methodical Instructions on Development of Emergency Response Plans for chemical-engineering projects” (RD 09-536-03).
According to these instructions ERP are to contain the following:
- An operations part (manual) containing a brief description of risks of the project (a technological unit, a plant, etc.), safety requirements and emergency response measures.
- An executive note containing a detailed analysis of possible emergency risks of the project.
Taking into account that operations manuals are normally elaborated by enterprises and the development of executive summaries requires specialized software. CJSC “Industrial risk” offers 3 options for the ERP development:
- development of an executive summary and an operations part;
- development of an executive summary and adjustment of an operations part;
- development of an executive summary.
In accordance with the RF Government Decree #240 dated April 15, 2002 companies running hazardous production facilities are required to work out the Oil Spill Response Plan (OSRP). The plan is to include:
- estimation of dimensions and dynamics of oil spills;
- estimation of maximum possible oil spill;
- estimation of manpower and resources for oil spill response;
- interaction chart of manpower and resources of different response levels.
For purposes of working out OSRP Industrial risk CJSC renders a full range of services from working out separate sectors (for example, estimation of dynamics and dimensions of oil spill) to elaborating a complete OSRP and agreeing it with supervisory authorities.
Fire Safety

In accordance with the requirements of the Federal Fire Safety Act companies are required to work out and implement fire safety measures. CJSC “Industrial risk” renders services of fire safety assessment of constructing and acting technological processes, buildings and facilities.
Documents contain expert appraisal of organizational and technical decisions to provide the required level of fire safety, which include:
- Assessment of fire risk of used materials;
- Premises and building grading on fire and explosion safety;
- Assessment of ignition sources formation in the combustible environment possibility, probability of fire occurrence;
- Research of various variants of failures/ignitions, ways of fire distribution and a choice of design failure/ignition;
- Assessment of the most hazardous
- Assessment of the most dangerous points of investigated object in respect of possible occurrence/distribution of fire, occurrence of loss and harm to health/life of the working personnel and visitors;
- Assessment of fire safety level maintenance of people in a building (definition of an estimated evacuation time) according to GOST 12.1.004-91, GOST R. 12.3.047-98;
- Individual and social risk valuation;
- Analysis of fire safety level maintenance assessment results and action plan development for increasing of fare safety level.
